Six cast stainless steel burners produce 15,000 BTUs each, while a dedicated 15,000 BTU infrared back burner brings the Diablo’s total output to an impressive 105,000 BTUs. The independently controlled burners provide the flexibility to create multiple cooking zones for grilling, searing, roasting, and preparing a variety of foods at the same time. Reliable Piezo igniters provide convenient ignition without requiring batteries or an electrical connection.

The Diablo’s spacious cooking area, solid stainless steel cooking grates, and warming rack provide ample room for large family meals, parties, and backyard entertaining. A dual-lined hood helps retain heat throughout the cooking process while delivering the durability expected from Bull’s flagship built-in gas grill.

The next-generation design introduces a modern hood profile, a distinctive knurled stainless steel handle, and a new black-backed temperature gauge. LED lights positioned above each control knob enhance nighttime visibility and give the grill a sophisticated appearance after dark.

The infrared back burner makes the Diablo compatible with rotisserie cooking when paired with the optional rotisserie kit. On next-generation Diablo Premium grills, the rotisserie spit and motor are no longer included and may be purchased separately.
