# FIND A GRILL TERMS OF SERVICE

Welcome to Find A Grill. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of FindAGrill.com and any related websites, applications, newsletters, directories, databases, content, tools, features, and services operated under the Find A Grill brand (collectively, the “Service”).

For purposes of these Terms, “Find A Grill,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to Find A Grill, the owner and operator of FindAGrill.com.

By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not access or use the Service.

1. Purpose of Find A Grill

Manufacturers may modify products, specifications, prices, availability, warranties, or features without notice.

Before purchasing, installing, or operating any product, you should verify important specifications directly with the manufacturer or authorized retailer.

Find A Grill is not responsible for errors, omissions, outdated specifications, pricing discrepancies, discontinued products, or changes made by manufacturers or retailers.

3. Pricing and Retailer Information

Prices displayed on Find A Grill, if any, are informational and may not reflect current prices.

Actual prices, promotions, inventory, shipping charges, taxes, warranties, return policies, and other terms are determined by the applicable retailer or manufacturer.

A price or product listing on Find A Grill does not constitute an offer by Find A Grill to sell that product.

4. Affiliate Links, Advertising and Commercial Relationships

Find A Grill may receive compensation from advertisers, manufacturers, retailers, affiliate networks, sponsors, or other commercial partners.

Certain links may be affiliate links. If you purchase a product after following such a link, Find A Grill may receive a commission or referral fee without increasing the price you pay.

Advertising, sponsorship, affiliate compensation, or other commercial relationships do not transfer responsibility for a third party’s products or services to Find A Grill.

6. No Professional or Safety Advice

Content provided through Find A Grill is for general informational purposes only.

Grills, smokers, pizza ovens, fire pits, outdoor cooking appliances, fuels, electrical equipment, gas appliances, and related products can create risks including fire, burns, carbon monoxide exposure, electrical injury, property damage, and other hazards.

Always follow the manufacturer's instructions, warnings, installation requirements, maintenance procedures, fuel requirements, and applicable laws and codes.

Find A Grill content is not a substitute for manufacturer instructions or advice from a qualified professional.

7. Ownership of the Service

Except for third-party materials identified or reasonably understood as belonging to their respective owners, the Service and its original content are owned by or licensed to Find A Grill.

This includes, where applicable, original:

* written content;

* articles and guides;

* photography and graphics;

* videos;

* product descriptions created by Find A Grill;

* categorization systems;

* compilations;

* database organization and structure;

* selection and arrangement of information;

* software;

* source code;

* interface elements;

* logos and branding; and

* other original materials.

Nothing in these Terms transfers any ownership interest in the Service or its content to you.

8. Limited License

Find A Grill grants you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Service for lawful personal and non-commercial purposes.

This license does not include any right to reproduce, commercially exploit, systematically extract, republish, redistribute, sublicense, sell, or create a competing database or service from Find A Grill content.

9. Automated Access, Scraping and Data Extraction

Except where Find A Grill provides express written permission or an authorized API specifically permitting such access, you may not use automated means to access, collect, monitor, copy, download, extract, index, reproduce, or otherwise obtain content or data from the Service.

Prohibited methods include, without limitation:

* web crawlers;

* spiders;

* robots;

* scrapers;

* bots;

* automated scripts;

* browser automation;

* headless browsers;

* data-mining tools;

* extraction software;

* artificial-intelligence agents;

* machine-learning collection systems; and

* substantially similar automated technologies.

You may not systematically collect product listings, specifications, images, descriptions, pricing, manufacturer information, categorization, reviews, editorial content, or other information from Find A Grill for the purpose of creating, enhancing, training, operating, or supplying another website, application, directory, database, search engine, marketplace, AI system, large language model, recommendation system, commercial dataset, or competing service.

10. Circumvention Prohibited

You may not attempt to bypass or circumvent technical measures used to prevent or restrict automated access, including rate limits, access controls, CAPTCHA systems, robots directives, authentication requirements, IP restrictions, or other security measures.

You may not rotate IP addresses, accounts, user agents, proxies, or other identifiers for the purpose of avoiding access restrictions.

Find A Grill reserves the right to block or restrict users, accounts, IP addresses, networks, automated systems, or other access methods that we reasonably believe violate these Terms or threaten the operation, security, or commercial value of the Service.

11. Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning

Unless expressly authorized by Find A Grill in writing, content or data obtained from Find A Grill may not be used to train, fine-tune, ground, benchmark, validate, populate, enhance, or otherwise develop an artificial intelligence model, machine-learning system, generative AI service, retrieval system, commercial dataset, or similar technology.

This restriction applies whether the material is obtained directly, through automated extraction, through an intermediary, or through a third-party dataset containing content originating from Find A Grill.

12. Competitive Use

You may not reproduce or systematically use Find A Grill content or data to establish, operate, populate, enhance, or support a competing grill, outdoor cooking, product-discovery, comparison, shopping, or directory service without our prior written authorization.

## 13. User Accounts

If Find A Grill introduces user accounts, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for activity occurring through your account.

You agree to provide accurate information and promptly update information that becomes inaccurate.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

14. Reviews, Comments and User Content

If Find A Grill permits reviews, comments, photographs, ratings, or other user submissions (“User Content”), you retain ownership of your original User Content.

By submitting User Content, you grant Find A Grill a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, sublicensable license to host, store, reproduce, display, publish, distribute, adapt, format, and use that content in connection with operating and promoting Find A Grill.

You represent that you have the necessary rights to submit the content and that your submission does not violate the rights of another person or entity.

Find A Grill may remove User Content at its discretion, including content believed to be fraudulent, abusive, defamatory, unlawful, promotional, misleading, infringing, or otherwise inappropriate.

15. Trademarks

Find A Grill, the Find A Grill logo, and associated branding may constitute trademarks or service marks of Find A Grill.

Manufacturer names, retailer names, product names, logos, photographs, and trademarks appearing on the Service remain the property of their respective owners.

References to third-party brands are used for identification, informational, comparative, and directory purposes and do not imply sponsorship, endorsement, affiliation, or approval unless expressly stated.

16. Copyright Complaints

Find A Grill respects intellectual-property rights.

17. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

* interfere with the operation or security of the Service;

* attempt unauthorized access to systems or accounts;

* introduce malware or malicious code;

* impersonate another person or entity;

* submit fraudulent reviews or information;

* use the Service for unlawful purposes;

* scrape or systematically extract data contrary to these Terms;

* infringe intellectual-property or privacy rights;

* commercially exploit the Service without authorization; or

* assist another person in doing any of the foregoing.

18. Disclaimer of Warranties

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.”

FIND A GRILL MAKES NO WARRANTY THAT INFORMATION PROVIDED THROUGH THE SERVICE IS COMPLETE, ACCURATE, CURRENT, ERROR-FREE, OR SUITABLE FOR ANY PARTICULAR PURPOSE.

WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.

19. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, FIND A GRILL AND ITS OWNERS, AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, CONTRACTORS, AND AGENTS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

THIS INCLUDES DAMAGES ARISING FROM PRODUCT INFORMATION, PRODUCT PURCHASES, THIRD-PARTY WEBSITES, PRODUCT FAILURE, LOSS OF DATA, LOSS OF PROFITS, PERSONAL INJURY, OR PROPERTY DAMAGE, EXCEPT TO THE EXTENT LIABILITY CANNOT LAWFULLY BE DISCLAIMED OR LIMITED.

20. Indemnification

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless Find A Grill and its owners, affiliates, officers, employees, contractors, and agents from claims, damages, liabilities, losses, and reasonable expenses arising from your violation of these Terms, your unlawful use of the Service, or content you submit through the Service.

21. Changes to the Service and Terms

We may modify the Service or these Terms from time to time.

The “Last Updated” date will indicate when these Terms were most recently revised. Continued use of the Service after revised Terms become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms to the extent permitted by law.

22. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Unless otherwise required by applicable law, disputes arising from these Terms or the Service will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Los Angeles County, California.

23. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is determined to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect to the fullest extent permitted by law.
