PVD, or Physical Vapour Deposition, changes the very surface of our stainless steel atom by atom. Not only is this finish beautiful, it is just as—if not more—resistant to corrosion than our untreated stainless steel. Our Black Stainless Steel will never flake, bubble, or peel. With Black Stainless Steel, you no longer have to choose between the look you want and the performance you need.
Premium-grade stainless steel is used where it matters most — in the firebox, cooking grates, and core components. The Lux 700 has a total grilling surface of 692 sq. in. (Primary:500 sq. in. Secondary:192 sq. in.). The included infrared rotisserie lets you roast a chicken to perfection, while powerful burners deliver evenly distributed searing temperatures in under 10 minutes.
