The 36 Lang BBQ Smoker Cooker features over 6 square feet of cooking space, accommodating approximately 60-72 pounds of food with room to spare. This size allows you to smoke a whole piglet (approximately 35-40 pounds). Approximately 6-8 racks of trimmed baby back ribs can be smoked at a time.
