Specifications & Features:
- Main Barrel: One 55-gallon drum constructed from 20-gauge thick steel. Please note: These are NOT 16- or 18-gauge barrels—20-gauge ONLY.
- Smoker Box: One 35-gallon smoker mounted underneath, connected directly to the 55-gallon barrel for efficient heat and smoke flow.
- Wood Smoker Box: An additional smoker box is installed underneath, specifically designed for burning large wood chunks or “big stick” wood.
- Finish: Coated with high-temperature primer and paint to ensure long-lasting durability and a clean finish.
- Ventilation: Includes one smoke stack with cap (smokestack style) for effective airflow and temperature control.
Grates:
- One sliding cooking grate for easy access.
- One top warming grate for keeping food warm or cooking at lower temperatures.
